Internationally recognized form containing details of aircraft, flight number, date and place of departure and destination.
It also contains details of the route and the number of people embarking and disembarking at the various locations.
Additionally, it contains a health declaration and a certificate signed by the PIC or an authorized agent.

In addition, passenger and cargo manifests are internationally recognized documents that details names of passengers and nature of cargo on the aeroplane.

Passenger baggage
Operators carrying baggage shall, upon request from the authorities, provide them with any available information. An oral (spoken) declaration is acceptable regarding the content of crew and passenger baggage. A random inspection is also possible.
Crew Member Certificate
Document to provide identification of aircrew. No other document must be shown in addition with a CMC.
Returned Passenger
When a person is found inadmissible and is returned to the operator for transport away from the territory of the state, the operator has the right to recover from him any transportation costs arising from his (her) inadmissibility.
Non-commercial flight
A pilot that wants to land for non-commercial reasons in an ICAO contracting state, must give an advanced notification of at least 2 hours.
